| How long should I wait before cutting new concrete? |
| Expansion joints should be saw cut during the first 12 to 24 hours (depending on climate conditions) after pouring the concrete in order to elevate the stresses that build up on the concrete. Premature sawing causes excessive spalding to the sides of the cut as well as wear on the diamond blades used for cutting the concrete. Materials used and climate conditions will determine the proper time for cutting new concrete. |

| What preparations can I do to cut the cost of a window package? |
Excavate the area around your window for easier access for our equipment and men. Your opening has to be at least 1 foot wider than the vertical cut line, 4 feet away from the wall and 6 inches lower than the bottom cut line. Approximately 72” x 48” x 24” deep.
* Purchase window(s) and window well(s) to your requirements. Have them on site for installation.
* Cutting from the outside decreases time on site and equipment required. |
